Ring Exercises & Running with Logan

Various ring exercises:
Pushups to one-arm extension
Dips to L-sit
Jumping Muscle ups
Feet assisted muscle ups
Pullups

Run 600 meters broken up into 50 - 75 meter dashes with my nephew Logan, (7 years old).
