Worked out on gymnastic rings for 45 minutes.
- muscle ups
- pull ups
- Dips to L-Sits (x10 then 30 second L-Sit)
- pushups with one arm extensions (hold each arm for 3-count)
- Shoulder rotations
5 rounds as fast as possible of the following:
Pull ups x 10
Push ups x 10
